A house with three zones linked by water which penetrates through them.
Principles
Zone 1 – Mountain: Protective zone which separates the house from the road and expresses the mountain through its materiality and light.
Zone 2 – Green: Surrounded by or encased by green. Roof gardens and folded green landscape.
Zone 3 – Ocean: Link to the ocean via views and overhanging pool.
Water as per the tide links and penetrates through the zones.
